Signature Science is hosting a flu shot clinic open to all North Fork tenants!

The CDC recommends getting your flu shot this fall and updating it annually to help reduce your risk of complications from the flu, including hospitalization. A certified immunizer will be on-site on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. in the Board Room at 1725 Discovery Drive.
